1. must be a legitmate promotion...

2. web promotions, freebies, and contests are acceptable... as are advertising twilight sites...

3. anything to be found as spam... shall be removed and it's author shall be banned on the following basis...

1st offence: 1 week ban
2nd offence: 1 month ban
3rd offence: Banned indefinately
